Kim saw a roach in the guest bathroom.  I got on Terminix website, and scheduled for an exterminator to come out and spray for pests.  On the first visit, they want you to be there so that they can spray the inside of the house, but most repeat visits they will only need to spray outside.

The first visit cost us $135.42.  We are now setup on a quarterly plan where they will come four times a year and spray.  If we find any pests between sprayings, they will return at no charge and correct it.

This will be a recurring charge 4 times a year.  But so far, I haven’t seen any more roaches.  There were some ants in my bathroom for about a week, but I guess they finally got tired of living off of toothpaste and packed up and moved somewhere else.  I’m still not 100% convinced that Kim didn’t put them there, because I couldn’t find a trail of where they were coming from.
